I was introduced to Kayt by my great chiropractor, Burton Wagner. I had injured my right knee25 plus years ago and had a series of surgeries which left me with scar tissue in my hamstring which prohibited me from running, playing tennis and other sports. I was in constant discomfort (pain level around a 5 all the time and sometimes going as high as an 8). My first session with Kayt ended with a reduction in pain level from the current 7 to a five. My second session resulted in a reduction to a 3. My third session took it down to a 2. My fourth session ended in a 1 and my 5th session ended with me walking without any discomfort at all. I am two days out from my 5th session and I barely notice my knee at all. She has suggested I do three sessions a week in the beginning and move over to maintenance sessions soon. 25 years of chronic pain gone in just two weeks. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Kayt is a gift. For the past several years I struggled with sinus pressure when my body was fighting something. It was always the first sign. I’ve been having regular visits with Kayt and her Cranio Sacral magic for my back and neck. During Covid she offered “Virtual” visits. I took her up on her offer and found that my back pain reduced from a 6 to a 1-1/2 or 2. When I muscle test the difference of being treated in person or “virtually” I find that the effectiveness of healing energy is only reduced by about 3% to 5%. I’ve been to Chiropractors, acupuncturists, and been on pain meds for years, not to mention the money I spent on massage therapists.

When Kayt told me about Cardio-Cranio-Sacral healing, I was intrigued and could not wait to try it. It is amazing how our body is capable of self healing, So that’s basically what happened in nutshell after a few sessions.

Living with pain for years as a disabled veteran with multiple military related injuries as a result of being an Airborne Ranger and a Marine with a few deployments under my belt. Throughout my time in the service, I lost an inch and half from my height, due to compressed spine, and four military related surgeries, and suffering the aftermath of the military’s wear and tear on my body.

To date, to say the least, there’s hope and progression in my healing process. My visits with Kayt were most productive and advanced my healing process. I love the private office, nice location, and always being quickly processed in and out with no wait time. The entire process was painless and to my surprise it worked beyond my expectations.

I’ve been tried other healing methods, however, never have I noticed such results at this rate. I saw results after the first visit, I was really surprised at how my body was in tune and how quickly it responded to the healing.

I realize that with my physical and mental military traumas, I will never be fully recovered, or pain free. However, I can attest that there is improvement beyond my expectation. The sessions with Kayt greatly contributed to less pain, less pain medications, which translates to me being more active and doing the things I enjoy and love. WOW! Kayt has changed my baby and my life!! My baby spent her first month of her life in the NICU and almost didn’t make it. She came out of that experience very colicky and in a lot of pain 24/7. Long story short she cried all day and all night. I brought her into Kayt for a Cranio (she’s 9 weeks old), and during the session she smiled for 10 minutes straight.
