What should I wear for a session: Wear loose comfortable clothing:)
How many sessions do I need: Sometimes you will need a session or two for a very specific reason, sometimes you will have a more involved situation, and sometimes you may choose to do maintenance sessions.
Cranio Sacral therapy should not be used if you have a condition where intracranial pressure would cause instability, have a pre-existing aneurysm, cerebral hemorrhage or bleeding disorders.
All ages are welcome to find your body’s own natural healing path.
