My experience of Kayt’s Cranio Sacral therapy is that it worked on many levels. I prefer to be silent during my session, so I am able to observe my tension, irritability or trauma (physical & emotional) unwinding as a tight rubber band. It seams my body has its timeline for healing and release, but not necessarily in the order I expect. During a session, Kayt moves her hands to different places around my body with a slight touch. I experience old memories and emotional insights that at the time, caused me both physical and emotional pain. I leave feeling more at peace and happier. Sometimes, the next day, I have felt some anger that had been “trapped” (I believe the cause of the physical pain) but it passed as my body lets it go. I’ve been through years of emotional pain and trauma. Kayt helped me with a different healing approach. I didn’t have to go through all my painful memories. Instead we went to the Mothering heart of God for a loving hug and released the pain and trauma up to God to take away. I had my first session with Kayt today and she is AMAZING! She is so warm and kind, and made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Her hands are gentle, but so powerful! Healing Sessions for Emotional Trauma Relief

In our sessions we like to use the ” Easy Button” because your body naturally knows how to release trauma for you during your session.

Since you’ve already been thru your trauma and pain, we don’t revisit all the painful details again. Sometimes your trauma has been added in layers, and that’s ok, because we are following your body’s healing path. Some people relax so deeply and fall asleep. Some experience memories or insights. Some feel the relaxing/ softening of your body, as your physical pain releases. At times, you may experience other kinds of sensations as restrictions that have been held in your body begin to release for you naturally.
